
SV and I made a savory pie, Mediterranean Vegetable. This pie was totally fine, but not as special as the pre-pie veggie photo suggests. Thuters made a delicious Mushroom Quiche. Quiche is one of my very favorite foods and shockingly I have never made one. I'll be adding it to my new recipe list. For dessert, Karin made an outstanding Blueberry Pie using berries that she picked in North Bend last summer. I'm already looking forward to Pie Day 2011.
This week we'll be using our Raclette grill for the first time and I'm pretty excited. Hopefully it will be the first of many cheese filled dinners.
